I cannot find my reimbursement, what should I do?

Once your local agent has refunded your payment through the system, you will receive a confirmation email from Evaneos.

The refund will go back to the card that you had paid for your trip with, and can take over 48 hours to arrive into your account. If you do not see your refund in your bank account after a few days, please contact our
Evaneos Customer Care Team.
