Once you have agreed upon the final itinerary with your agent, you will be sent your first payment link to pay the deposit. Your trip will be officially reserved as soon as we have received your deposit.
Each local agent is required to outline their General Terms and Conditions when they send their final trip proposal for you to validate before payment.
You trip payment will be processed through the Evaneos 100% secure payment platform. Payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and bank transfer. We also accept payment by American Express. If you wish to pay via this method, please let your local agent know.
Our Evaneos Customer Care Manager will call you at a time that is convenient to you and put the payment through with you over the phone. You will then immediately receive a confirmation email from Evaneos as a receipt of this payment.
