If you wish to make a payment and have not received a payment link, please contact your local agent directly to request it via your Evaneos Account. They will create the payment link for you and send it on as soon as they have received your email.
If you wish to pay by American Express, you will not require a payment link, but you will need to let your agent know, as they will create it for the Customer Care Manager to use when processing the payment over the phone with you.
Please note: The payment links can only be used once. If you have tried to pay via a payment link and it was declined, or there was an issue, you will need to try again via a new link. In this case you will automatically be sent a new link to you by email.
