How do I cancel my trip?

If you have to cancel your trip, you will need to inform your local agent directly by email.

If you wish to cancel your trip and have already paid: Cancellation fees may apply, with the amount depending on how far in advance you are cancelling, and depending on the agent’s terms and conditions that were outlined to you when booking. It is up to you as the traveller to give notice to your agent if you need to cancel your trip, within the period outlined in the cancellation Terms and Conditions of the agency.

If you have cancelled your trip and need to be refunded:
This will need to be calculated on the basis of the cancellation conditions of your local agency and refunded back to the card that you had made your payment through.
