What documents should my local agent send me?

During the preparation of your trip, you will receive trip proposals by email from your local agent that you will be able edit until you are entirely satisfied with a finalised proposal. Once you have validated the final itinerary proposal, you will receive a registration form to complete and to return by email to your agent before proceeding to the deposit payment of your trip.

Any booking vouchers (hotel, transport, rental, flight, etc.) that you require will be sent to you between 10 to 15 days before departure.

After any payment made on our platform you will instantly receive a payment confirmation email from Evaneos. However, if you also require an invoice, you can ask your local agent directly to provide this, who will be happy to oblige.
