How does the payment process work?

Once you have agreed upon the final itinerary with your agent, you will be sent your first payment link to pay the deposit. Your trip will be officially reserved as soon as we have received your deposit. You will then pay the balance approximately 45 days before departure.

As an example, here are the general conditions that apply: 

- The deposit typically represents 30% of the total price of the trip. 
- The remaining 70% is then paid 45 days before departure, according to the local agent’s General Terms and Conditions.

Each local agent is required to outline their General Terms and Conditions when they send their final trip proposal for you to validate.
