What happens if my local agent cancels my trip once I’ve paid?
While the local agencies Evaneos works with are directly responsible for the services that they offer and sell, our role as your trusted third party is to ensure that your entire Evaneos experience runs smoothly and securely. As a member of ABTA, Evaneos commits to intervening to settle any disagreements between you and your local agent as quickly as possible, and our Customer Care Team is on-hand to assist you throughout every stage of your trip enquiry, planning, booking, and the trip itself.
We take the safety and happiness of our travellers very seriously. All the local agents featured on our website are licensed professionals who have been rigorously vetted by our in-house team. We only want to provide the highest quality service to our travellers, which is why we only partner with around 9% of the agencies who send us applications. In the unlikely event that a local agency were to cancel your trip after your deposit has been paid, however, Evaneos commits to replacing these services with one of our other local agencies so that your trip can go ahead as planned, or failing this, your trip will be refunded.
